We are looking for an Import Export Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Malay/Bahasa to manage sales operations between our company and malaysian -speaking markets.
The role involves handling the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery, while coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth import/export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and liaise with Malay speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and manage import/export documentation.
- Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs and trade regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in China, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to manage inventory, payments, and documentation.
- Stay updated on local market trends, regulations, and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide after-sales support and address any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
Requirements: - Fluency in Mandarin / English is required.
- Previous experience in import/export sales or international trade.
- Knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and import/ export procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
